2011-12 Fundraising Efforts

In 2011-12, the SSEF seeks to fund just over $250,000 in “extras” that make Sarah Smith a world-class school.  A comprehensive list of all programs that will receive funding this year can be found in the Curriculum Narrative. 

SSEF raises the funding for these outstanding programs primarily through the following channels:
    SuperStar Fund -  annual fund drive that runs from Sept-May
    Auction -  mark you calendar for March 16, 2002 for the party of the year.
    SuperStar Supporters -  businesses that partner with SRS (See Supporters page)

What your contribution will do

Through the financial support of parents, friends, and businesses, the Foundation enables our children’s teachers to create a strong learning environment, to find and implement the instructional programs that they believe are best for our kids, and to develop as experts in their field. SSEF funding also supports aspects of learning that shape character, critical thinking skills, and leadership skills through resources including the International Baccalaureate program. Without this funding, many of the programs that make Sarah Smith such a unique and successful learning environment would not be available.
